COFFEE CART SPONSOR – $6,000 inc. GST

Your sponsorship of the espresso stand will allow you to engage delegates by branding the area with your signage and developing a relaxed café style atmosphere. Increase the exposure of your products and services through sponsoring the always popular Coffee Cart.

• Barista Coffee – includes the coffee machine hire, barista, cups and coffee. The only component the sponsor needs to provide is the café furniture and signage

NAME BADGE SPONSOR – $4,000 inc. GST

This sponsorship opportunity offers prominent exposure of your organisation and logo. Each delegate will receive a name badge when they register at the conference.

DAY CATERING SPONSOR – $4,000 inc. GST

During the conference catering breaks, delegates congregate around the Catering Stations as they network and eat. This is an opportunity to get your brand in front of all delegates. Sponsors can choose to be the Catering Sponsor for either day 1 or 2 of the conference.

LANYARD SPONSOR – $3,500 inc. GST

Ensure your logo is seen by every delegate by placing it around their neck on a Lanyard. This is a great opportunity to put your brand front and centre.

Note: Lanyards are ‘included’ and will be sourced from our preferred supplier. Your brand will be printed in mono on double-clip lanyards which are compatible with the conference name badge style – If you would like to supply your own lanyards – this can be negotiated.

STUDENT SPONSORSHIP – $1,000 inc. GST

Student *Sponsorship is sought to assist with costs for rural health students to attend, thereby supporting the remote health workforce of the future.

*(CRANAplus has DGR status (Designated Gift Recipient) and any donations over $2 are tax-deductible)

CRANAplus to select the recipient.

SATCHEL INSERT – $500 EACH, inc. GST

Company brochure or alternate item (pens, notepads, hand sanitiser etc) in each delegate satchel which all delegates receive upon registration. Sponsor to supply.

POCKET PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT – $500 EACH, inc. GST.

ONE (1) A6 sized, portrait, colour advertisement included in the printed pocket program which every delegate receives upon arrival – Artwork supplied by sponsor.

Additional sponsor/exhibitor staff registrations can be purchased for $450 through the sponsorship booking portal. Sponsor/exhibitor registrations do not include social function tickets which can be purchased separately for the below amounts:

• Welcome Function: $75 per person
• Conference Dinner: $135 per person

Please note, there is a maximum of 3 exhibitor personnel per 3m x 2m display.
