Accommodation has been reserved at the following hotels with discounted rates for conference delegates. We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.

Within 30 days of the conference you will need to contact the hotel directly to see if the Conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.

All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified.

Any bookings cancelled within 50 – 45 days will incur a 50% cancelation fee.

Any bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancelation fee.

THREE BEDROOM VILLA

If you want to plan an unforgettable weekend with friends, or take that much needed short break with the family, the self contained three bedroom villas at our Hunter Valley resort are the perfect choice.

Our three bedroom villas come in two configurations. The first offers a master bedroom with king bed and two queen bedrooms, while the second has a master bedroom with king bed, one room with a queen bed and another room with two single beds. Each villa comes equipped with a kitchenette, separate lounge and dining areas and a spacious balcony or courtyard with beautiful resort views. Whether your celebrating a special occasion with friends or family or attending one of the regions many events, this is the perfect accommodation for a small group.

Bookings

The accommodation booking portal allows you to book available rooms. You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Changes and Cancellations

Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night’s accommodation. However, each hotel’s policy varies and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked.

Payment

Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.

Please note pre-payments will not be accepted, however credit cards may be charged for one night or full accommodation at 30 days prior to arrival. Please refer to each hotel policy above.

Early Check-in Requests

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.

You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
